Merry Christmas from Venezia ...
No matter how strange it may sound, tomorrow is already the 24th of December and the day after tomorrow is already Christmas Day! Please, do not ask me where time has gone, like every year it has just flown away and it is in this period that we remind ourselves how important it is to be grateful for what we have and to slow down and focus on our dear ones and the important things in life.
I want to thank you all for your ongoing support and want to share with you some aspects of my daily life I am thankful for and that I hope will add more joy and happiness to your festivities...
Like me, I know you love Venice and what I can offer are some images of my home, which is Piazza San Marco and the entire Marciana area, right now beautifully decorated with Christmas lights and a beautiful tree, with a glittery star on top.
This year has been intense for me, with old and new collaborations and projects, like my lost-wax workshops open to everyone, the collaboration with leather artist Curame Leather Goods and my lost-wax demonstrations at the Hotel St Regis. In addition to this, I have also been able to work on my own creations and to celebrate love, I have created a ring dedicated to and called 'The Lovers' (Gli Amanti).
I have already shared a post on my 'Bovolo' ring and the memory of my grandmother, a truly special person to me, and the afternoons spent together.
To praise hope and protect myself and the people around me from negativity, I shaped a dance between Unicorns, symbols of inspiration, guidance and wisdom, as their horns protect from negativity and together with the strength of your dreams they will know how to make you fly and turn your dreams into reality.
As you know by now, all my work is based on emotions and shaping emotions. Each ring, pendant and creation has a strong meaning to me, a meaning of love that in the end...is universal and easy to understand all over the world.
Like the ring below, dedicated to my children Virginia and Santiago, the reason of my life.
There is so much more I would like to share with you, but for now what urged me was to THANK YOU and WISH YOU THE MERRIEST CHRISTMAS EVER and share a message of love and hope.
Stay tuned for updates, there will be some interesting and original novelties from the New Year. Love,
Valeria
Merry
Christmas !!!
